January 4th Starting my new journey

 Hello All! I'm Getting healthy in the kitchen. Using my fitness pal app and trying to loose 2 lbs a week. that is 1,780 Calories a day. Here I will share my recipes for breakfast, lunch , dinner and sometimes snacks that stand out to me. It will help you plan your full day meals staying within the calorie amount.
